Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a winter Parks & Trails team member to inspect, operate, and maintain terrain parks, trails, and related winter facilities at Giants Ridge in Minnesota.

This role supports snowmaking, rope tow operations, and event setup, contributing to safe, enjoyable guest experiences. Responsibilities include daily park preparation, maintenance, safety inspections, and assisting in special events, with opportunities to work outdoors in all winter conditions and operate

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class D driver's license is required.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and winter equipment.
• Basic knowledge of terrain park operations or winter recreation preferred.
• Strong guest safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Inspect terrain parks, features, and trails to address safety and maintenance needs.
• Prepare terrain parks, features, and trails for daily use.
• Perform daily maintenance of terrain parks and winter trails.
• Document inspections and tasks using Ullr software.
• Communicate trail conditions and safety concerns to management and guests.
• Assist with snowmaking operations and related tasks.
• Operate snowmobiles and other equipment as required.
• Support opening/closing procedures for terrain parks and trails.

Skills
