Job summary

Mountain Capital Partners manages Brian Head Resort, seeking a Parking & Transportation Attendant for the 2026/2027 winter season. The role ensures smooth guest and staff flow by guiding traffic, transporting employees, and maintaining organized parking areas, starting in November 2026 and ending in April 2027.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old.
Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in winter.
Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays/night shifts.

Responsibilities

Use company-provided vehicles to transport employees between shuttle stops and worksite.
Direct guests and staff to parking areas, prioritizing guest accessibility.
Set up and monitor signage for clear parking area organization.
Provide accurate information about Resort policies, shuttle schedules, weather, and operations.
Communicate with team via two-way radios.
Keep parking lots and guest areas clean and presentable.
Other duties as assigned.
