Job summary

Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, WY is seeking a Parking/Recycling Supervisor to lead seasonal staff in safe, efficient operations across parking and recycling duties.

You will direct daily parking planning, supervise a crew, and ensure guest service remains courteous while handling waste, recycling, and related logistics in winter conditions.

This is a winter seasonal, outdoor role requiring strong communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt to changing weather and guest demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; supervisory or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to lead by example and provide clear direction and support to seasonal staff.
• Strong guest service and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and able to take initiative.
• Ability to adjust priorities and make practical decisions in changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside seasonal staff, providing clear direction, training, feedback, and support to help the team meet daily expectations.
• Monitor operations and adjust staff and resources as needed to support efficient parking and recycling operations.
• Help organize and carry out the daily parking plan, directing guests and employees to appropriate parking areas.
• Collect, sort, store, and prepare trash and recyclable materials for transport to off-site facilities.
• Coordinate and assist with parking lot shuttle operations on weekends, holidays, and other high-volume days.
• Maintain scheduling and assignment flexibility based on weather, staffing, and business levels.
• Learn and safely perform basic operation of the skid steer and fork truck as needed for recycling duties.
