Mercy Nurse Externship offers hands-on learning during a 4-week paid session at Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO. Externs work ~36 hours/week, rotating through units under experienced nurses and preceptors, gaining direct and indirect patient care experience.

You will participate in IV therapy, Foley care, phlebotomy, head-to-toe assessments, and more, building clinical confidence and critical-thinking skills in a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Must have completed at least 2 semesters of nursing school with a clinical.
