Niseko Portfolio is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to oversee daily upkeep and repairs for a portfolio of premium properties in Rusutsu. The role requires hands-on technical ability and the flexibility to work across multiple properties, including seasonal winter maintenance.

The position emphasizes preventative maintenance, equipment care, and reliable performance during peak periods, with duties extending to onsen and facilities support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Practical skills across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day maintenance inspections.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from front desk and management.
• Conduct regular property inspections and proactive repairs.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good condition.
• Assist with snow clearing and winter operations.
• Support onsen systems and water facilities checks.
