Job summary

Niseko Black is seeking an in-house Dining Chef to craft breakfasts, dinners, and bespoke dining experiences for guests at luxury chalets and hotels in Niseko this winter season.

You will plan menus, accommodate dietary requests, maintain top kitchen hygiene, and work with the Concierge team to deliver seamless guest experiences, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a chef in restaurants, hotels, private dining, or luxury hospitality.
• Passion for creating exceptional food using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently while delivering consistently high standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays during the winter season.
