Job summary

Woodward Park City is seeking Kitchen Staff to help create a welcoming, high-energy food-and-beverage experience for guests and team members. You’ll support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation and menu execution, and help keep service running smoothly during the winter season.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, staying active, and learning new skills in a fun, mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Food and beverage experience preferred; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen operations is a plus.
• A team-first attitude and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Adaptability, dependability, and commitment to great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations, including prep, menu execution, and service flow.
• Prepare and serve menu items to quality, flavor, and presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and speed-of-service expectations.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Follow safety and food safety practices while providing friendly service.
• Adapt to changing guest volumes, business needs, and team priorities.
• Complete other duties as assigned to support Food and Beverage and resort operations.
