Job summary

Bear Valley Mountain Resort Llc in Bear Valley, California, seeks a seasonal Employee Housing Resident Advisor to support the Base Camp Lodge. The RA helps residents adjust, enforces housing policies, coordinates move in/out, and serves as a positive role model for staff and tenants.

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information and safety procedures.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with residents and staff and respond to questions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, show them to rooms, and review policies.
• Assist move in/out procedures and room inspections.
• Lead weekly resident meetings and coordinate with HR.
• Be available for RA duties, 4 hours/day, 5 days/week with on-call shifts totaling 32 hours.
• Collaborate with HR on resident issues and housing communications.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks and basic maintenance as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain safety in common areas.
