Responsibilities

• Perform highway maintenance tasks under supervision, including cleaning, debris removal, and basic construction duties.
• Follow oral and written instructions; perform moderate physical tasks in varying weather.
• Assist with traffic control, flagger duties, and operation of a pilot vehicle.
• Assist survey crews with stakes, rods, and basic inspection tasks.
• Support field testers with sieve analysis, compaction tests, and lab paperwork.
• Help shop and stock duties, cleaning tools, vehicles, and organizing parts.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
