Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at the high school, college or private club levels.
• Must have valid CPR/AED certification and complete NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course.
• Must have completed MA required criminal background check, including CORI and fingerprint background checks.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, promotion, development, instruction, practice and games.
• Complete knowledge of skills, rules and coaching strategies for the game and for working with high school students.
