Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at high school, college or private club levels.
• Must have CPR/AED certification and complete NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Course.
• Must have MA criminal background checks (CORI and fingerprint) completed.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment, promotion, development, instruction, practice and games.
• Complete knowledge of skills, rules and coaching strategies for high school athletes.
• Experience working with high school-age children.
