Qualifications

• Previous coaching experience at high school, college or private club levels.
• Must have CPR/AED certification and NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching.
• Must complete MA state background check (CORI) and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, promote, develop, instruct, practice and games for swimmers and divers.
• Plan practices, implement coaching strategies and ensure safety protocols.
• Lead teams during meets and competitions according to league rules.
