Qualifications

• 2+ years experience teaching dance technique for winterguard shows.
• Ability to stay organized in order to plan events for the Everett Winterguard.
• Knowledge of dance techniques and pedagogy as well as modern dance techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and teach colorguard routines and marching drill design
• Develop Colorguard, Rifle, and Dance Technique Program
• Attends all rehearsals during the course of the Winter season
• Attends Winterguard Camps
• Teaches and dance and movement to the Colorguard section for the Crimson Tide Winterguard
