The Grand Hyatt Deer Valley Hotel in Park City is seeking a Front Office Agent for the winter season (December through April 2027). You will welcome guests, handle registrations, and promote hotel services, while contributing to a memorable guest experience.

This role requires a friendly, organized individual with strong communication skills and availability for weekends and holidays. Housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Desire to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and walk long distances.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry moderate weight.
• Capable of quick decisions in busy situations.
• Front Office host experience preferred.
• Proficient with general computer use.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and communicate hotel services and promotions.
• Be the face of Hyatt and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Process payments and respond to guest inquiries.
• Provide housing information and assist as needed.
