Steve & Kate's Camp in San Diego is seeking staff to supervise campers aged 4–12 and support a day camp that emphasizes creativity and play. You will facilitate engaging activities, ensure safety, and help campers navigate self-directed choices during the day.

Ideal candidates are at least 16, have 2 months of camp-related experience, and hold First Aid and CPR certification. The role requires on-site work during the 12/21/2026–1/4/2027 camp period and involves long hours with active, dynamic

Formación

• At least 16 years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children, with 1 year preferred, in either a professional, personal or volunteer setting.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsabilidades

• Staff members will facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Some staff will oversee activity spaces in which campers self-select activities; others will work in rotating support roles.
• Provide supervision and assist with camp set-up and breakdown during move-in and move-out weekends.
