Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp in San Diego is seeking energetic staff to supervise campers, facilitate activities, and foster a safe, inclusive environment.

You’ll work with a dynamic team, lead small groups, and help campers explore crafts, play, and learning stations while maintaining safety and daily routines.

Requirements include being at least 16, 2+ months of camp experience, and First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with camp–age children.
• First Aid & CPR certified prior to Day 1 of Camp (some locations may require additional certifications).

Responsibilities

• Staff members will facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Some staff may oversee activity spaces or rotate in support roles.
• Speak with your local director to learn your specific responsibilities; activities include sewing, stop-motion animation, maker space, performing arts, crafts, recreation, and more.
