Steve & Kate's Camp in Seattle is hiring staff for a hands-on, creative summer-like camp, offering a dynamic environment where campers choose activities and staff guide exploration. The role emphasizes supervision, safety, and fostering confidence through play.

Applicants should be at least 16, bring 2+ months of child-care-related experience, and hold First Aid & CPR certification before Day 1. Hours run 8:00 am–6:00 pm with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Minimum of 2 months experience with camp-age children (1 year preferred).
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, make connections, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Oversee activity spaces or support rotating roles; learn exact responsibilities from the local director.
