Job summary

Steve & Kate's Camp is seeking energetic staff for a temporary, on-site role in Fremont, CA during the 12/21/2026–12/31/2026 camp period. Expect 8:00 am–6:00 pm shifts, with some days extended. Applicants should be at least 18, have 2+ months of camp-related experience, and hold First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1.

You will facilitate activities, monitor camper safety, and contribute to a supportive, playful environment where kids lead their own learning choices.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum of 2 months experience working with campers.
• First Aid & CPR certification prior to Day 1 of Camp.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate activities, connect with campers, and monitor safety and wellness.
• Create or oversee activity spaces where campers self-select activities.
• Assist in rotating support roles across the camp schedule.
