Zusammenfassung

Goodwin Living in Alexandria, VA, invites enthusiastic college students to join its Summer Internship program. Interns will explore senior living operations across departments, receive mentor support, and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

Selected interns participate in orientation, kickoff activities, and several workshops, while contributing to meaningful projects within Brain Health Thrive Day, DEIB, HR, Health Administration, Life Enrichment, and more.

Qualifikationen

• Must be currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Ability to attend Goodwin Living Orientation on Friday December 18, 2026.
• Must be able to attend Goodwin Living Internship Kickoff and work on the following dates: Monday, December 28,Tuesday, December 29, Wednesday, December 30, Tuesday, January 5, Wednesday, January 6, and Thursday, January 7.
• Must have additional time outside of scheduled work hours to complete two to three workshops with Goodwin Living leaders.
• Ability to relate to and work with team members and their department.
• Creates a welcoming, friendly and adaptable environment for those they serve and work with.
• Be interested to work with a diverse population of older adults.
• Have a can-do mindset and be excited to learn about all we have to offer.
• Proficient with email communications and knowledge of Microsoft Office
