Job summary

Goodwin Living, based in Alexandria, Virginia, offers a Summer Internship program for college students to explore senior living and engage in multiple departments including Brain Health, Engagement & Outreach, Foundation, Human Resources, Marketing and Communications. The internship runs two days a week for 15 weeks, with onboarding and orientation early January and a stipend provided.

• Applicants must be currently enrolled at NVCC or Marymount.
• Must be able to attend orientation and kickoff events in January 2027.
• Internship runs two days per week for 15 weeks with 4.5-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follow all procedures of the host department.
• Engage in projects as defined by the host department.
• Assist in day to day task of the host department.
