Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP invites interns to gain hands-on experience in audit or tax, working on client engagements across industries alongside senior staff and management to apply technical knowledge.

Internships are offered in assurance, tax, or both, and can be part-time or full-time. Winter sessions run January to April, summer from June to mid-August, with mentorship to help you progress toward CPA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting knowledge expected.
• Demonstrated time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related tools.
• Ability to collaborate and work independently.
• Willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
• Attention to detail under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Completing audit testing on financial statement accounts.
• Collaborating with client personnel to reconcile and analyze financial data.
• Drafting management letter comments and the audit report.
• Participating in client meetings with Forvis Mazars partners and managers.
