Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Accounting or similar degree.
• CPA Eligibility: scheduled to meet education requirements to obtain a CPA license.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Relevant work experience (e.g. internships, summer positions, school jobs).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
• Desire to travel.
• Available to work/travel evenings or weekends if needed (Saturday and/or Sunday).

Responsibilities

• Audit client financials, transactions and internal control processes.
• Work independently and collaborate with a diverse group of audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Use audit tools and technologies with advanced analytics, data visualizations and process flow automation.
• Work on diverse client engagements across industries including manufacturing, government, healthcare, education, and more.
• Possible involvement in benefit plan audits (e.g., 401(k), pension, ESOP).
