Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's and/or Master's in Accounting or similar degree.
• CPA Eligibility: must be on track to meet educational requirements to obtain a CPA license.
• Proficient with Excel.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Experience with data analytics is strongly desired.
• Relevant work experience (internships, summer positions, campus jobs).
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with professionals at all levels.
• willingness to travel.
• Available to work/travel evenings or weekends if needed (Sat/Sun).

Responsibilities

• Audit client financials, transactions and internal control processes.
• Use audit tools and technologies that leverage advanced analytics, data visualizations and process flow automation.
• Collaborate with diverse audit professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
• Contribute to engagements across manufacturing, not-for-profit, government, healthcare, education, construction, dealerships, food & agriculture, insurance, and financial institutions.
• Participate in benefit plan audits (401(k), pension, ESOP) where applicable.
• Work a full-time 40-hour week during business hours, with schedule considerations.
