Qualifications

• Has ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
• Has previous successful coaching experience in major sports.
• The head coach must have substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport.

Responsibilities

• Instruct athletes in fundamental skills, strategy and physical training for individual and team success.
• Instruct and demonstrate behaviors that lead to character development, self-discipline and pride.
• Work with students in sports, provide practice support and advice for team success against opponents.
• Evenings and weekends work may be required.
