Job summary

Access Mammoth seeks qualified Adaptive Ski/Snowboard Instructors for the 2026/27 winter season. Instruct adaptive lessons, mentor volunteers, and help with program logistics in a winter environment at Mammoth Lakes, CA.

Ideal candidates have skiing/snowboarding teaching experience and a PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or higher; SafeSport and background checks are required; CPR/First Aid is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching skiing and snowboarding to the general public.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Background screen and SafeSport training required.
• PSIA/AASI Level 1 or higher preferred; apply even if not certified.

Responsibilities

• Instruct adaptive lessons daily for diverse skill levels.
• Maintain adaptive equipment and inventories.
• Coordinate program logistics and supplies for lessons and camps.
• Assist with volunteer outreach, scheduling, and program planning.
