Job summary

Access Mammoth is seeking qualified Adaptive Ski/Snowboard Instructors for the 2026/27 winter season (Nov 16, 2026 – Apr 26, 2027). Positions may continue into summer. Apply via cleonard@accessmammoth.org.

Ideal candidates have skiing/snowboarding teaching experience, disability experience, and PSIA/AASI Level 1 or higher preferred. Background check and SafeSport training are required. Competitive benefits and seasonal bonuses offered.

Qualifications

  • Experience teaching skiing and/or snowboarding to the public and with individuals with disabilities.
  • PSIA/AASI Level 1 certification or higher is preferred; certification-based pay.
  • Background screen and SafeSport training required.

Responsibilities

  • Instruct adaptive lessons daily and facilitate outdoor recreation experiences.
  • Maintain adaptive equipment and inventory.
  • Coordinate program logistics and supplies for lessons and camps.
  • Assist in volunteer management, scheduling, and outreach.
  • Mentor volunteers where appropriate.

Education
