Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.Job Summary:The Employee Housing Coordinator ensures the cleanliness, safety, and overall orderliness of staff housing facilities. This position is vital to fostering a comfortable and supportive living environment for employees, contributing to their well-being and satisfaction. Reporting to the Lodging Operations Manager, the Employee Housing Coordinator acts as a primary point of contact for housing-related concerns and plays a key role in maintaining efficient housing operations.Summary of Key Responsibilities:Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:This position does require living on property and being the onsite contact to our tenants, maintenance team, HR and lodging management team.Welcome new staff, conduct housing tours, and assist with check-ins and check-outsPerform room inspections, document findings, and report damages to the Lodging Operations ManagerIdentify and track housing maintenance issues, place maintenance requests, ensure timely completion, and maintain records.Collect weekly rent and ensure accurate recordkeepingCoordinate with Human Resources to manage and communicate roommate assignments and arrival information, roommate meditation and other tenants' concerns.Maintain clean and safe living conditions in and around housing facilities, including cleaning shared spaces and units.Maintain the grounds, which include shoveling, debris removal, and maintaining refuse areas.Manage inventory of supplies, track loaned items, and ensure their returnConduct environmental and safety inspections within housing facilitiesCommunicate and enforce emergency procedures for all housing residents, and handle emergency calls as neededProvide employees with information about local amenities such as transportation, groceries, and dining optionsCollaborate with the Mendon Mountain View Manager and International Recruiting Coordinator to address employee housing needs and coordinate arrivals and departuresSupport other departments as required and perform additional duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious management experience preferredPrevious experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or related fields preferredValid US driver’s licenseAbility to stand, walk, and navigate uneven surfaces for extended periodsCapable of climbing stairs and ladders, and performing tasks requiring balance, stooping, kneeling, and reachingPhysical capability to perform tasks such as climbing stairs, lifting up to 60 pounds, and cleaningProficiency in operating cleaning equipment and a motor vehicleRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Excellent supervisory and management capabilitiesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsFamiliarity with cleaning chemicals and safe handling practicesAbility to manage inventory and maintain records effectivelyUnderstanding of environmental, health, and safety protocolsA collaborative and adaptable attitude to assist with various housing and departmental needsStrong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skillsAbility to resolve employee issues calmly and professionallyBasic computer skillsIt is the policy of Killington/Pico Ski Resort Partners, LLC to provide equal opportunity and employment to all staff and applicants.
