Plante Moran is seeking candidates for ongoing applications for 2028 Audit and Tax full-time roles with a January start. You will participate in audit and tax engagements, plan, test, research, and report across diverse client sets.

The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and a strong culture focused on inclusion and professional development. Travel may be required; CPA track and licensing support are part of the path.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in accounting or Master’s in accounting or tax.
• Completion of the degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with goal of CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Participating in different phases of the audit and/or tax engagement.
• Planning, testing, researching, and reporting.
• Working with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Engaging in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Meaningful interactions with staff at all levels and with clients.
• Experience working with a wealth of business opportunities throughout a professional services firm.
