Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking 2028 Audit and Tax full-time candidates for a January winter start date. You will contribute to audits and tax engagements across various entities, planning, testing and reporting, while gaining exposure to a broad range of services within a leading professional services firm.

This exempt role involves travel and a culture focused on growth, development, and diverse opportunities. A CPA track is encouraged and supported as you strive for licensed status.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in accounting; or Master's degree in accounting or tax.
• Completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.

Responsibilities

• Participating in different phases of the audit and/or tax engagement.
• Planning, testing, researching, and reporting.
• Working with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Engaging in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Meaningful interactions with staff at all levels as well as with our clients.
