Dave & Buster’s is different from everywhere else. This Winner’s Circle role focuses on guiding Guests through their Midway experience with a welcoming, energetic approach.

You will greet Guests, assist with requests, and help maintain a fun, efficient environment for all players. Responsibilities include delivering great service, communicating issues to management, stocking merchandise, and promoting sales while keeping the venue clean and engaging for Guests of all ages.

Qualifications

• Be friendly and able to smile frequently.
• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work in noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Walk or stand 100% of shift.
• Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently.

Responsabilités

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games.
• Keeps supervisor promptly informed of problems or significant matters and takes corrective action.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information to Guests, Team Members and Managers.
• Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions.
• Assists Guests with requests and makes recommendations on items.
• Provides game assistance by notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
• Bids farewell to Guests and ensures satisfaction with their visit.
• Notifies Manager of unhappy Guests and seeks resolution.
• Maintains accurate ticketing and merchandise inventory.
• Maintains displays to promote sales and keep areas stocked and organized.
• Works with others to foster a cooperative team environment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
