Job summary

Wingstop is hiring energetic Team Members to join our crew in a fast-paced restaurant. You will prepare fresh food, assist guests at the counter, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment on every shift.

You’ll work as part of a team, handle orders and payments, and contribute to a positive guest experience with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.

• Operate kitchen equipment and follow food safety procedures.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and restock as needed.
• Handle cash and process card payments accurately.
• Work with the team to meet speed and quality targets.

As a Team Member, you’ll operations by preparing fresh food, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and helping deliver the Wingstop experience every shift. Whether you’re cooking in the kitchen or helping guests at the counter, you’ll play a key role in the success of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification required where applicable
