Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Team Members to join a fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll greet guests, take orders in person or by phone, and prepare wings, fries, and other items to Wingstop standards. You’ll also help with cashier duties, stocking, opening/closing tasks, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, good teamwork and communication, and reliability. Restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines

• Must be able to stand for long periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler Certification required where applicable
