Job summary

Wingstop is hiring Team Members to assist guests, prepare fresh food, maintain cleanliness, and help deliver the Wingstop experience each shift. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and ensure accuracy while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone.
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards.
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly.
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests.
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards.
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
