Job summary

Wingstop in Carmel, IN is hiring energetic Team Members to support fast-paced service, prep fresh wings, assist guests, and keep the dining area clean. You’ll work with a friendly team to deliver the Wingstop experience each shift.

No prior restaurant experience is required; a positive attitude and reliability matter most. You’ll learn food safety, cash handling, and customer service, with growth opportunities and a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take guest orders accurately in person and over the phone
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standards
• Sauce, season, package, and present food properly
• Ensure all orders are accurate before serving guests
• Operate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Handle cash and process credit card transactions accurately
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Work as part of a team to meet speed and quality standards
• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelines

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
