Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Manager to run the floor at a busy Kansas City, MO location. You’ll lead a high-energy team, ensure quality, speed, and guest satisfaction on every shift, and own inventory and safety practices.

You’ll train and coach staff, manage scheduling and payroll with accuracy, and drive sales through promotions, while maintaining strong health and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in food service leadership or supervision is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Basic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and POS.

Responsibilities
