Job summary

Wingstop in San Marcos, Texas is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and uphold Wingstop's guest-first standards. You will manage daily operations, coach crew, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety, and drive guest satisfaction across shifts.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll motivate staff, make quick decisions, and maintain a positive work environment within a 30-40 hour workweek and a 5-day schedule.
