Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking a Heart of House team member to support kitchen operations. You will prepare and cook items, maintain cleanliness, and ensure timely delivery of quality food.

Applicants should have a team-oriented mindset, basic food safety knowledge, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts. Prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds is needed.

Qualifications

• Team oriented and positive attitude.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety certifications where state/local law requires.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts past 12:00 AM.
• Ability to work shifts of 6 hours or longer.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Buffalo Wild Wings recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen throughout every shift.
• Ensure food is prepared accurately and delivered in a timely manner.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operating procedures.
• Practice proper food handling techniques at all times.
• Work closely with managers and team members to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
• Stock, organize, and rotate products to maintain freshness and quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Help create an exceptional dining experience by delivering high-quality food.
