Responsibilities

• Assist winemaking team in daily activities.
• Work mainly in winemaking but may assist in other departments as needed.
• Perform winemaking tasks per standard operating procedures.
• Master SOPs for Cellar Assistant Level I in General Movements/Operations, In Tank Procedures, Safety & Security and Wine Additions.
• Additional duties, as assigned by management.
