Minimum Qualifications:
  • Previous comparable experience.
  • Professional conduct, positive attitude, and respectful communication.
  • Courtesy in responding to customer questions and requests.
  • Adherence to uniform and grooming policies.
  • Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding and adherence to shrink guidelines.
  • Ability to sort merchandise and stock shelves according to plan.
  • Engage in product upselling and conduct wine tastings and demos as per company plan.
  • Effective communication with vendors for inventory management.
  • Ability to read codes on shelves and labels, manually attach price labels, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and balers (if over 18).
  • Ability to climb ladders and perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
