Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong knowledge, interest and passion for products and services.
• Participate in ongoing product and customer service training; attend distributor trade shows as necessary.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and company policies regarding alcohol.
• Participate in in-store team and regional meetings; lead daily team huddles as directed.
• Assist customers with wine purchases by providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensure proper stocking and merchandising.
