Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking an enthusiastic Service Team Member in Albuquerque to deliver exceptional customer service and help drive sales. You will engage customers, advise on products, and support merchandising, front-end duties, and curbside services as needed.

Responsibilities include stocking, signage, and assisting with in-store deliveries while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and drive sales by advising on products.
• Maximize inventory, stock shelves, and build displays.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol laws.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training.
