Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Centennial, CO to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will assist customers, advise on products, and handle inventory tasks, displays, and signage while ensuring safe, compliant store operations.

Positions may include merchandising, front-end duties, and occasional delivery responsibilities as needed; all roles emphasize in-store service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced wine, beer, and spirits environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Maximize product inventory, process freight, organize storage, and build displays.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized shopping experience.
• Support digital operations, curbside pickup and delivery where assigned.
• Load and deliver orders safely and in compliance with policies.
