Job summary

Total Wine & More in Centennial, CO is hiring seasonal Service Team Members to deliver outstanding customer service, assist with sales, and support store operations including stocking, merchandising, and curbside pickup. This role may include evenings and weekends with flexible scheduling; 21+ age requirement and prior retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by engaging with customers and advising on products.
• Perform merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks; build displays and signage; process orders for curbside pickup.
• Load and deliver orders safely, follow store policies, and assist with in-store operations.
