Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 years in retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of alcohol regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Practice responsible alcohol service in accordance to local and state laws, including ID verification and intoxication prevention.
• Assist in all aspects of store operations, focusing on cleanliness, displays, signage, safety and customer service.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on products and collaborating with coworkers.
• Maintain knowledge of products and current or upcoming trends.
• Set and achieve high standards in retail execution.
• Communicate with Store Team Leaders regarding store operations.
• Operate POS, handle cash and process card transactions accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and store phone inquiries as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash and coin for making change.
• All other duties as assigned.
