Total Wine & More in Centennial, CO is seeking Store Team Members to help build our brand by delivering excellent customer service, maximizing product inventory, and supporting online order fulfillment and curbside pickup.

You will greet customers, stock merchandise, join wine/spirits training, follow safety rules, and assist with deliveries when needed. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are common; previous retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Ability to safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets.
• May be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing and distributing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps.
• Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup and delivery services.
• Greet customers, engage to build relationships, and inform about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner, following company policies and procedures.
