Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking Store Team Members in Alpharetta, GA to maximize inventory, assist with in-store and online operations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will greet customers, help with product knowledge, and support curbside pickup and delivery when needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight and stocking merchandise.
• Build displays and end caps and place signage.
• Support online business operations and curbside pickup or delivery services.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote loyalty programs.
