Job summary

Total Wine & More in Glendale, WI is seeking Store Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service while maximizing product inventory and supporting online orders. Internally you’ll be known as Merchandiser and report to store management, with responsibilities spanning merchandising, front-end tasks, and other duties as needed.

You’ll greet customers, build relationships, stay informed on promotions, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory and organize displays, including signage and end caps.
• Greet customers and deliver personalized service to build relationships.
• Adhere to all laws related to alcohol sales and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Load and deliver orders safely and professionally, following company policies.
