Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers and informing about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and assist with promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain knowledge of store promotions, safety standards, and procedures.
• Perform cross-functional duties and assist as needed, including merchandising and stock tasks.
