Total Wine & More is seeking a cashier to deliver fast, friendly service while handling transactions and answering customer questions. The role may include duties as a sales associate or merchandiser, with cross-functional tasks and training on products and promotions.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing payments, promoting loyalty programs, and maintaining store safety and cleanliness. A flexible schedule and compliance with alcohol sale laws are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Greet customers, build relationships, and promote loyalty programs.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer product training.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the store.
