Greet customers, learn their names, assist by answering calls, work with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction, follow local and company policies on tobacco and liquor, and maintain cleanliness and displays throughout the department.

Qualifications

• No education requirement.
• Over six months up to one year of similar or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, efficient and friendly customer service.
• Smiles and greets customers, learns their names when possible.
• Assists customers by answering questions and guiding product selections.
• Maintains displays and rotates stock within the Wine & Spirits department.
• Follows policies on tobacco and liquor sales; keeps area clean and organized.
• Supports inventory and displays and assists in other store areas when needed.
